Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders above $60.

For orders below the shipping threshold, a $6.50 standard shipping flat rate will be applied on all orders. At this time we only ship within the United States.

 

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped.

We always want to try to make things right, but returns are really tough with consumable goods :/ We offer store credit back for your first try of a new purchased product, and our credits are limited to product per person for online orders within 30 days of purchase.

In case you need to change your shipping address, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order by reaching out to our Customer Support team at info@bejou.co. We are not able to adjust and/or cancel orders after that. For additional information, please reach out to info@bejou.co.
