Return policy

We know that skincare is personal. Every skin type reacts differently, and finding the right formula takes time. While all BEJOU products are carefully formulated and tested for sensitive skin, we understand that sometimes, something might not be the right fit.

Domestic Returns (USA):

Because of the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, we do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Instead, eligible returns will receive store credit that can be used toward a future purchase.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
  • Bundles must be returned in full to be eligible.
  • You’ll need your order number and proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved and received, please allow up to two weeks for processing. You’ll receive a digital BEJOU gift card for the product value (excluding shipping and any donations made to non-profit partners).

Store credit does expire and can be applied to any future BEJOU purchase.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the products. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@BEJOU.co, and we will take care of it with a replacement or store credit.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Gift cards and donations made to our non-profit partners are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges:

While we do not offer exchanges, if you process your return via contact form and opt for Store Credit, we will generate a gift card code for you to use immediately on our website for your next order! 

International Orders:

Currently, we are only able to process returns, exchanges, and replacements for domestic orders and cannot accommodate international orders. If for any reason you located outside of the U.S., please reach out by clicking "Contact Us" at the bottom of our homepage and we’ll see what we can do!
