  • Typically, BEJOU products are gentle for expecting mothers. However, as skin sensitivity may vary during pregnancy, we recommend patch testing new products and consulting with your OB/GYN before embracing new products is always a good practice.

  • Upon order placement, a confirmation email will be sent. Order processing takes 1-2 business days, followed by a shipping confirmation email. Shipping times vary based on selected speed at checkout, with ground shipping (5-7 days) as the default option.

  • Our diligent warehouse team processes orders Monday-Friday. We ship via FedEx/USPS, offering free shipping for U.S orders of $60 or more.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for purchases from retail locations. Please contact the store directly for assistance.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update. Rest assured, FedEx/USPS is on it!

  • Once an order is placed, the address cannot be changed. However, you can request a hold at a local FedEx/USPS store through your FedEx account.

  • 5. We offer store credit for your first product trial. Credits are limited to one product per person for online orders within 5 days of purchase. Products must be returned unopened, unworn, unused, and in original packaging within 5 days of arrival. Email info@BEJOU.CO to initiate a return.
