During the creation of each formula, I listened, learned, and aimed to address your real needs. I poured my heart into designing products that wouldn’t just rejuvenate your skin, but also to infuse wellness and nourishment into your daily life. Growing up in Colombia and fleeing the guerilla warfare, we found solace in the United States. Through personal battles with depression and anxiety, skincare became a sanctuary—a blend of wellness and self-care. The struggle to find effective, gentle, and eco-friendly products was amplified by my family's history of cystic acne and rosacea, fueling my desire to inspire others to embrace their true selves.
Thus, BEJOU was born, embodying resilience, connection, transparency, authenticity, vulnerability, and the transformative power of skincare.
Inspired by my South American heritage, BEJOU embraces the exotic richness of South American ingredients. We prioritize natural, organic, and sustainable practices, catering to sensitive, hypoallergenic skin and steer clear of harmful and alcohol-based ingredients.

We blend skin-care with Earth-care. We Transparently choose sustainable packaging, even when budget constraints exist, often from glass, recyclable plastic, Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) materials, or bagasse of sugarcane-substances otherwise contributing to greenhouse gas emissions.
By upcycling, we introduce tree-free packaging meant for reuse and recycling. With our products made in the US, we minimize transportation emissions, and we commit to annually assess and continually refine our sustainable practices.
Our organic partnerships prioritize sustainability and efficacy. We use refillable packaging to remain devoted to recycling. Committed to tracking our carbon footprint each year, we set realistic reduction targets each year.
